The Balance Center 4 Mind Body Wellness is the first center in the DMV dedicated to supporting your total health, offering specialized care in mental health, weight management, cardiac risk reduction, and sexual and bladder dysfunction.

Led by Dr. Carol C. Jagdeo, MD—a highly respected Internal Medicine physician with thirty years experience in integrative health, women’s wellness, and preventive care—the Center brings a compassionate, science-driven approach to every patient. Dr. Jagdeo is known for her holistic philosophy and decades of clinical expertise supporting patients through complex health challenges.

Using advanced Magnetic Stimulation that includes TMS and Hi-Fem technology all treatments are science-based, FDA-approved, and completely pill-free. Every service is non-invasive, office-based, and fully customized to meet your individual needs.

All appointments are walk in and walk out. Preassessments to optimize positive outcomes are required.
